Head of FP&A

Description

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be accountable for leading the FP&A activity across the group including management of the budgeting and forecasting cycles, as well as performance reporting and business partnering with the executive team. In addition, as the business intends to continue to be acquisitive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring newly acquired companies are fully integrated into all aspects of forecasting and budgeting. You will have a mentoring and leadership role and will be managing a significant team of commercial analysts.

Skills

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or MBA who has gained significant FP&A experience in the Technology sector, ideally with a business where cost of acquisition is an important metric. Key skills will include strong business partnering experience, strategic thinking, adaptability, and the confidence to be able to influence at Board level. It will be seen as a distinct advantage if you have worked in a high growth, entrepreneurial, fast paced group.
